    Practitioner Suspension

The full judgment of Sir Kenneth Keith, now judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in the case of Bevan cited by the Appellant before the Privy Council, can found in the Files section. Although the judgment of Sir Kenneth of 2003 does not refer to the High Court judgment in Dr Wislang's case of 2000, Sir Kenneth's analysis may be considered authoritative and if it had preceded the Wislang case would undoubtedly have to have been taken into serious consideration by Wild J, judge in the High Court on Dr Wislang's case. It is considered that Wild J may have been in some difficulty distinguishing Wislang from Bevan in the most crucial aspects.
